Client: London School of Economics Department of Economic History
Project: Departmental brand

FINAL DESIGNS
The brief requested a brand development for a department within the London School of Economics.
As well as having its own clear identity the design also had to work alongside the existing LSE brand.
The Department of Economic History has had a long established link with the famous "Rosie The Riveter" image as used in the "We Can Do It" posters from the Second World War and wanted to communicate this within their brand.
A simplified graphic version of the original image was developed and framed within a circle to contrast with the famous LSE red square.
The final design was implemented across a range of applications including student and staff literature, tote bags, lapel pins and social media posts and banners.
