THE DESIGN CHALLENGE
To bring the new brand to life, we drew inspiration from nature and classical design principles:
The spiral shell motif echoes the Fibonacci sequence — a symbol of growth, evolution, and natural order.
Cinzel was chosen as the primary typeface, reflecting a timeless Renaissance influence, while Raleway (a nod to the original brand) maintains continuity and familiarity.
We retained the original Careers Collective colour palette to ensure visual consistency and heritage.
This project was a perfect blend of strategic repositioning and meaningful design.
