OVERVIEW
The project involved designing a comprehensive website for a recruitment agency, intended to serve as their primary business platform. The site needed to offer an intuitive user experience where potential candidates could easily create profiles, upload CVs, search and apply for vacancies. Additionally, it included features to support skill development, helping job seekers improve their prospects.
A key functionality was the implementation of an automated matching system to efficiently connect clients with relevant vacancies. The interface and branding were carefully crafted to authentically reflect and promote a culture of diversity and inclusiveness, ensuring the site was both welcoming and accessible.
The visual design and brand identity were developed to balance practical functionality with a strong, inclusive aesthetic.
